At AMUSE GLOBAL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned beauty products, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
